We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of Italian lessons for adults; corporate/company classes; private lessons; semi-private classes; kids' classes and cross-cultural programs. To better serve you, day time, evening, and weekend classes are available.

You will learn Italian while you learn the art of Italian cooking. Italy, a country of great diversity, is made up of twenty "regioni". Each has a very unique personality, with dialect, customs, traditions, architecture and of course food and wine that vary greatly from region to region. From the hot, dry south to the cool alpine foothills, the regional cuisines are as varied as the climates. The north of Italy lends the robust taste of the "osso buco", while the south of Italy is renowned for its frutti di mare, vegetables and mozzarella di bufala.

Italian/English or English/Italian translation of your documents for both private and commercial customers is another of Grace's specialties. She has provided translation of legal documents to the Italian Consulate in Boston on behalf of a customer as well as assisted local restaurants in the translation of their menus.

Grace offers Italian cooking classes where she discusses foods, wines and condiments. The cooking classes suit participants of all cooking levels, from the novice to the advanced. Whether you "just want to know how to keep your spaghetti from sticking together" or you "want to know how to make a quick tomato sauce", Grace has a course to suit your taste. All cooking classes are hands-on, and you will enjoy eating what was cooked!

Single day classes and a multiple day classes will be available.

Anyone who wants to learn and/or better understand the Italian culture before they take a trip to Italy, or just because they want to learn more about this fascinating country and its many treasures, will enjoy this class.

We hold informative classes designed especially for travelers to Italy. We will work with travel agents to organize and, if needed, accompany your tour through the various regions of Italy and provide translation services throughout your trip.
